6. Billing and Payment

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Pricing and features are subject to change with notice.

6.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

7. Lifetime Plans

7.1 One-Time Purchase

Lifetime plans are one-time purchases that provide perpetual access to the Service with monthly quota allocations. By purchasing a lifetime plan, you agree to the following terms:

• Lifetime plans are non-refundable and non-transferable
• All sales are final once the purchase is complete
• No cancellation is required as there are no recurring charges

7.2 Monthly Quotas

Lifetime plan subscribers receive monthly quotas that reset on the first day of each calendar month:

• Unused quota may roll over to the next month based on your plan tier
• Quota allocations and rollover limits are determined by your plan tier
• Additional usage beyond your quota may be purchased separately

7.3 Welcome Bonus

New lifetime plan subscribers may receive a one-time welcome bonus:

• Welcome bonuses are equal to 50% of your monthly quota allocation
• Bonus credits expire 3 months from the date of purchase
• Expired bonus credits cannot be recovered or extended
• Welcome bonuses are non-refundable and non-transferable

7.4 Plan Upgrades

Lifetime plan subscribers may upgrade to a higher tier at any time:

• Upgrade pricing is prorated based on the difference between plan tiers
• You pay only the difference between your current plan and the new plan
• Upgrades are immediate and non-refundable
• Downgrades to lower tiers are not permitted

7.5 Team Seats

For lifetime team and business plans that include team functionality:

• Additional team seats may be purchased as one-time payments
• Seat purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable
• When upgrading plans, existing seats carry over at their original tier pricing
• New seats after upgrade are priced at the new plan's seat rate

7.6 Service Continuity

While we commit to providing lifetime access, please note:

• Access remains valid for the lifetime of the Service
• We reserve the right to modify features and quotas with reasonable notice
• In the unlikely event of service discontinuation, we will provide at least 6 months notice
• Lifetime refers to the operational lifetime of the Service, not perpetuity

8. Service Availability and Limitations

8.1 Service Uptime

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

8.2 Usage Limits

Usage is subject to fair use policies and plan limitations. Excessive usage that impacts service quality for other users may result in temporary restrictions.

8.3 AI Model Availability

AI models and providers may change over time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to popular models but cannot guarantee the continued availability of specific models.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though some provisions survive termination.
